Two high-quality holiday houses, Kurki and Joutsen, available for rent. Both were built in 2006. With four bedrooms and a total floor area of 150 square metres, each holiday house can accommodate as many as 10 guests. The holiday houses are located in Vilppula, right by the clear waters of Lake Kurkijärvi, which is rich in fish.
Guests have access to a wide range of activities. The guests of both holiday houses have access to a gas grill and a boat. There is also a shared grill hut in the yard. Firewood for the sauna and gas for grilling are included in the rent. Alternatively, the sauna can be heated by electricity.
During the summer season, the buildings are kept cool by an air source heat pump. In the winter, the floors are heated by eco-friendly geothermal heating.
The activities available here include a beach volleyball court, a disc golf course and, in the winter, a well-maintained network of skiing tracks. The outdoor areas are fully illuminated during the darkest time of the year.
Both of the holiday houses have ramps and wide doorways for people with reduced mobility. Of the two holiday houses, Kurki is suitable for people with allergies while pets are allowed in Joutsen.
The holiday houses are available for rent all year round.
